The room was dated and lacked proper heating. A small convector heater was present, but it was not enough. To add to the discomfort, the walls let in too much noise, leading to restless nights. I decided to leave after realizing the place did not meet my expectations.
Poor heating, no sound insulation

Compact and warm unit with which could easily be heard in the bedroom and bunk beds plus micro wave oven. Exceptional food for all meals. The location magnificent and handy on the sea front.

The bed in our room was very comfortable.
The overall state of the hotel was shabby, with disrepair evident throughout the accommodation. The noise from neighboring rooms and the lack of privacy.

What they got right and wrong
Great location, just 10 minutes from the Eurotunnel. The staff were friendly.
The room was basic and could have been more spacious. It felt a bit cramped for our needs.

The room was basic but clean and the bed very comfortable. Lovely setting right next to the sea and opposite a mini golf course. Staff were charming and helpful and, although we didn't eat there as we had already made a reservation elsewhere, the restaurant looked good. Bar stayed opened late which was nice for a nightcap when we got back. We didn't have breakfast but at €7.50 seemed good value for money.

We have stayed here several times and like the location, the staff, the food and especially the parking and find it good value compared to many areas of France

Nothing stood out, it was clean and friendly. Price ok.
Not enough tea and coffee for two people in room and towels too small. Pillows very small and flat.

The room we stayed in had a very comfortable bed with ample pillows, ensuring a good night's sleep. We appreciated the breakfast spread with fresh fruits and pastries. The ability to toast our bread. The staff was consistently cheerful and attentive.
The bathroom cleanliness was somewhat lacking.

Close to beach and easy access, pleasant staff, busy popular restaurant.
No doubles left, we should have specified.

Very close to the Channel Tunnel, easy to find, lovely views across the channel. Good size rooms (better than the Kyriad at Coquelle which have tiny rooms) and very good restaurant/menu.
Didnt expect a skateboard park to be next door, but this didnt prove to be noisy. The location also looked a bit dubious, but seemed quiet at night.
